Daniel graduated from the Southern School of Natural Therapies with a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy having already been a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist since 2010. In late 2016, Daniel came on board as a part owner of Bodywise.
Daniel has a passion for sports and has worked in elite sporting clubs around Melbourne as well as at grass roots levels.
Ashlee completed an Advanced Diploma of Remedial Massage/Myotherapy and was awarded with a clinical excellence award. This award is presented to the student with the best hands on & assessment skills out of her graduating year. She then went on to further her studies & did a Certificate in Pilates mat work training & Certificate of Pilates pregnancy training as well as studying to become a Paediatric Massage Consultant & instructor.
MYOTHERAPIST & PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Julie graduated from her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy (Remedial Massage) from RMIT in 2010, while also completing a Cert III & IV in Fitness at the same time. Julie continues to enjoy learning about the human body and how Myotherapy can influence it for the better. She has gone on to study Pre & post-natal treatment (pregnancy support), manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), and many other treatment approaches such as the role of neuroplacticity in musculoskeletal health.
Dr Sarah Cameron is a fully qualified and registered osteopath after completing her 5-year double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University.
Sarah’s motivation to become an osteopath was driven by her own personal experiences following sporting injuries, which lead her to an interest in health and the human body.
Sophia can accommodate for all levels she is particularly interested in teaching those who do not do much exercise or have never done Pilates before, and encourages them to try her classes. Her classes are for those who don’t like intense group fitness classes with yelling instructors and loud music, yet still want to be strong and flexible, as well as having good posture.
Cecelia (or Ceci) has been practicing Yoga for more than 15 years having originally studying Prashant Yoga in her home country of Argentina. Yoga knocked on her door at a very particular moment of her life and this discipline helped her to discover the connection between the mind and the breath inside the frame of the body.
