Sophia attained a Certificate in Pilates Matwork Instruction in 2017 with National Pilates Training, which involved taking classes as part of the Student Clinic at Aligned for Life, CBD. Since then she has run her own classes under the name Strength & Flow Pilates and is thrilled to be taking Beginner classes twice a week at Bodywise.
Although Sophia can accommodate for all levels she is particularly interested in teaching those who do not do much exercise or have never done Pilates before, and encourages them to try her classes. Her classes are for those who don’t like intense group fitness classes with yelling instructors and loud music, yet still want to be strong and flexible, as well as having good posture.

Monday - 6:15pm Beginners Pilates
Wednesday - 6:30pm Beginners Pilates
