Cecilia (or Ceci) has been practicing Yoga for more than 15 years having originally studied Prashant Yoga in her home country of Argentina. Yoga knocked at her door at a very particular moment of her life and this
discipline helped her to discover the connection between the mind and
the breath inside the frame of the body. While discovering Yoga to be perfect way to release the stress from the mind, she strengthened not only the health, but also the whole structure of the physical body. She saw the good in living in the present moment. Since moving to Melbourne in 2019, Cecilia has gone on to study a Diploma of Purna Yoga.
Ceci has a passionate commitment for Yoga and loves teaching and sharing the practice as a method of managing our turbulent and hectic lives. She deeply enjoys teaching postures (Asana's), breathing techniques (Pranayama) and mediation during her classes. Her passion is to motivate her students to realize their own willpowers
and gifts to step fully into their most healthy vigorous brilliant self.
Outside of Yoga, Ceci also enjoys playing tennis, cooking, reading and travelling. An eternal curiosity pushes her to explore, discover and learn.
